  • Current focus: architecting new customer delivery experience improvements and modernizing the integration landscape (migrating from SAP PI/PO to Integration Suite).
  • Led the implementation of a new, modern automated warehouse — future-proofing operations by consolidating two legacy sites into one facility handling 18–20K pick lines per day — bringing together Autostore for small-goods automation, Honeycomb's cassette management system for long goods, STILL's iGo Flow for AGV/AMR/VNA pallet automation and iGo Pilot for PXVs, and Kardex Shuttle for cable goods. Delivered on time with smooth day-one operations, through proactive planning and close coordination with the business.
  • EWM/nShift Architect for Fastbox 2.0, giving customers more flexible delivery scheduling by place and time window — designed the process changes on the EWM and nShift side, including interface changes between EWM–ERP and EWM–nShift. Well received by customers.
  • Delivered real-time Wave Item Clearing integration with the picking application to prioritize picking and replenishment — raising throughput with fewer man-hours.
  • Led the migration from Decentralized EWM 9.5 to Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA (RISE, Private Cloud Edition) across 5 warehouses — a first-of-its-kind migration with a tight downtime window and no established playbook to follow. Owned the technical design and worked out how to execute the cutover, authored a ~260-page configuration and change reference documenting the process, and coordinated across internal teams and vendors throughout. Went live on time with zero data loss, smooth operations from day one, and hypercare significantly shorter than expected.
  • Delivered warehouse automation upgrades — replacing manual sorting with automatic sorting in the dispatch area, and introducing robotic-arm picking from the Autostore terminal — cutting manual scan time, saving man hours, and raising throughput.
  • Owned the EWM architecture side of the ECC to S/4HANA migration — supporting the ERP team with cutover planning and problem-solving, drawing on cross-functional logistics and SD experience.
  • Coordinated and supported the infrastructure move from an in-house data center to an external partner, working closely across vendors.
  • Architected SmartKit Orders, a Solar webshop feature letting customers order pre-packed, project-specific material kits — designing the EWM fulfillment side: picking and packing materials into a single labeled kit per order.
  • Led development of a Fiori warehouse cockpit for executive-level, one-click visibility into picking and putaway progress across six warehouses, broken down by product type (small goods, long goods, pallets, cables) — cutting a 15–20 minute manual check down to about a second.
  • Delivered AGV pallet automation — integrating Anronaut's Traffic Management System with EWM to manage the AGV fleet — and Kardex cable-goods handling at an earlier site, alongside ongoing nShift (Transportation Management System) upgrades and Fiori performance work.

  • Built the Global Template for Nordic warehouse operations — 10 Fiori apps automating Goods Receipt, Picking, Day Closing and Returns across 90,000+ daily lines in six warehouses, with third-party robotics (Autostore, Unicontrol, Prevas) for automated picking and putaway.
  • Delivered S/4HANA solutions for LTI's own internal transformation — a complex undertaking given LTI's business spans widely varied client contracts and billing models — covering contract processing, timesheet billing, milestone billing, contract accruals and amendments, invoice splitting/merging, and revenue, tax and GST analysis; earned high appreciation from LTI's CIO and SAP Department Head for the solution. During cutover, an already-announced 8 AM go-live was put at risk around midnight when the open-transaction migration program hit a bulk-processing bottleneck — took ownership of the issue, traced it to a locking problem, and resolved it within an hour by restructuring the program's call approach, completing the cutover hours before the go-live.
  • Led a 4-person CRM team as a peer, all around a year into their careers, on a Railway client implementation — from solution design through user training. Earned a 10/10 client signoff, drawing internal appreciation from LTI's COO given how early-career the team was, and the solution was also praised in a SAP Audit review. Built a centralized case-communication feature — a single thread where different authorities could log updates on a case — that became the primary interaction channel for the client's Vigilance department.
  • Created a tailored Simple Order Entry Workbench — a single Fiori screen surfacing customer credit-limit and outstanding balance, order/delivery/billing history with goods-issue and accounting status, and ATP inventory checks, plus item recommendations based on order frequency, quantity, and recency.
  • Worked closely with a mentor on the solution design, then built from scratch a suite of mining-specific SAP GUI applications — Material Sampling, Bank Guarantee, and Supplementary Billing — critical to a successful go-live, along with cash-discount and complex rounding-off billing logic and custom SD/MM SMARTFORMS. Also contributed SOLMAN support on the side to the IRDA project, earning a Pat-on-the-Back award.

Club Scorer

Built for the club cricket community — free for any team or player

A single-file, zero-build progressive web app for ball-by-ball cricket scoring at club and social games — runs, wides, no-balls, byes, dismissals, bowler rotation, and undo, all from the field on a phone.

  • Offline-first, cloud sync optional: a local write queue keeps scoring working with no signal and syncs once you're back online. Sign in with Google or email/password via Firebase Authentication and matches, teams, and clubs sync across devices through Firestore.
  • Sharing split by permission: a scoring-access code for teammates, a separate read-only link for anyone just following live.
  • Clubs, federations & tournaments: shared rosters, cross-club federations for shared opponent pools, hosted round-robin/knockout tournaments and head-to-head series, with net-run-rate standings.
